Last weeks #fitbit stats. I wanna improve on my daily steps. I can't wait for it to get nicer out so can walk more again while at work. Gotta love #newyork winter weather #fitmama1982 #joindanielledavis #slimdown5in5 #fitmama #fitfam #steps #fitbithr

Back on it today 😊 My plan is to keep this up all week! food log; muesli, granola and blueberries turkey sandwich- wholemeal bread banana, grapes low cal pasta ready meal (328 cals) exercise; 1 hour dog walk 20 min horse walk 1hr 45 gym weights & cardio mix So these past couple days the scale has jumped up a few pounds. Completely messed with my body image and motivation. But! today I didn't weigh myself but a friend who only sees me every six weeks said today how good I looked and that I'd lost weight. this was a man and I hadn't before mentioned the gym etc so this made me feel so much better about my progress. I know weight isn't everything and that muscle weighs more than fat- but it's also quite easy to feel disheartened when weight loss does take a long time and I still feel so far off the body I want to be in... But giving up isn't going to get me any closer to it either. My plan this week is to write out some clear goals, I also think I'd benefit from measuring myself.
