These are both so true! Don’t be the “well it’s my anniversary, or “I’m on vacation” type when your mind isn’t ready for it. That one event could potentially throw you all the way off the wagon. This is why I opted to go over a year on keto before going off plan. Now I’m able to eat off plan if I want and not worry about weight gain or having to restart my journey. If you’re ready and haven’t had an issue falling off and getting back on hey go for it. However if you struggle I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve been through some trying times and I haven’t eaten my feelings as I would have done in the past. So here are my results for 30 days of #bodybeast I’m extremely happy with this 😍 I lost 5.5 inches I lost 1.7% body fat✌🏽 I gained 1 inch in my lower body which is what I was aiming to do🔥 I gained .8 lbs 🔥👏🏽 Some of my gain may be water retention due to my monthly but that’s what the scale said so I’m keeping it 😆 I’m very happy with these results and am looking forward to the next 30 days. To my ladies don’t be afraid of weight training. It’s really good for your body and will transform it like no other. Here goes my calendar for October! Down 6.6 lbs! I don't know what to expect from November being I just started #liift4 and that program is pretty much straight #weighttraining which I LOVE 😍 and I know it may affect the scale with me putting on #muscle I know I'm NOT going to stress it being I've hit and surpassed my #weightloss goal already.
