It’s been in like the 40s the past couple of days and I feel so unprepared for winter. 🥶🥶

I bumped up my reps for all my squats, so my legs are going to kill me tomorrow.

Ugh I didn’t want to do anything today, but I knew I would be mad at myself if didn’t workout.

I’m like caught between wanting to increase the weight and length of my workouts and wanting to lay on the floor and take a nap.

I really should have ran longer but my shoes are starting to hurt my ankles. 😕😕

I keep forgetting to post my workouts lately 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Today was the 1st day of the Spring semester! It went pretty good considering that a lot of kids weren’t happy with their fall semester grade.

Tattoo’s still kinda sensitive, so I just went for a walk and did some leg strength training.
