What I found quite sweet was that my 5-year-old son asked if they were a boy and a girl.

"No sweetheart, that one's a boy too."

"Oh. Are they boyfriend and boyfriend?"

"No babes, they both have their own boyfriends. They're just best friends."

"That's nice."

And off he goes! This is how children should see sexuality. Nothing more than a fact of life regardless of gender. This moment made me very happy 💜💚
