Accidentally forgot to pick up the BB gun ammo during Escape! and only just realized you can give Butch the baseball bat instead.

He seems better with it too...

You can just drop the ammo or gun before talking to him and then pick it up afterward and it'll work too. It doesn't look like he repairs the bat like he does with the BB gun so keep that in mind.
