#forget someone

Hii!! Any chance u know about a good and simple (cuz I’m new at this and I don’t have a lot of material) spell to let go/forget about someone/move on/get someone out of your head?

The simplest thing I can think of is to write the person’s name on a piece of paper and burn it. As the paper burns, visualize your memories of them (or whatever it is you’re trying to let go of) crumbling as well, going up in smoke and disappearing. You can then scatter the ashes to “disperse” the memories of that person or relationship. When you do this, I would focus specifically on releasing them from your mind (focus more on yourself than on them) and on that “exhale” of letting go.
