Hi. So my best friend and I are sitting here and are laughing and wondering how hacoline Levi would react to the giant mermaid craze that's popular right now. Also I have a lot of things to say and not enough characters in an ask box to say them, but the merfluff series is everything to me and I am so so so so glad I stumbled upon it and that you chose to write it initially. don’t drown in the sea (stay with me)Summary: Eren and Levi are two very different mermaids.     Eren, a part of a tropical, shallow-water pod, is naturally curious and can’t understand how deeper dwelling mermaids could stand to spend their lives down where the ocean is cold and dark, fearing the surface. To him, coexisting with the humans comes naturally and is merely another danger of living.     Levi, one such deeper dwelling mermaid, has spent his entire life in deep waters, defending himself against the bigger, more dangerous creatures of the sea in order to stay far away from the surface and the filthy humans that inhabit it. He has no desire to ‘explore’ and views anything human-related with scorn, unlike his pod-mate Hanji.     A series of events due to said pod-mate brings them together and changes their lives forever.

Sails of FreedomSummary: When Erwin takes over Levi’s ship and abandons him on an island, Levi is saved by a mermaid whom he presumes is the result of dehydration. Years later, he finds a mermaid eating potatoes in his storeroom, and shit hits the fan.

Out of My DepthSummary:There was something alluring about humans. Eren didn’t care if they died at the hands of his 'mermaid’ brethren, but it seemed he would become only more invested in their lives when a pirate ship catches him as a prize. Especially a fellow prisoner who was all too willing to share the outside world with him, and a captain that refuses to see him as someone rather than something.

Dark WatersSummary: Eren, a young mermaid, meets his dark and intriguing mate, Levi, for the first time by the edge of a large lake in the middle of the wetland forests. Hanji and her team of biologists hide nearby to document the elusive merfolk and their interactions.

I think about this at least 89 times a day, but I really wish you could turn Street Brat into a movie. That fic is my whole life and I wish I knew how to properly articulate myself when it came to telling you that. So thank you for all the work you put into that masterpiece ❤️❤️

Wow, that would look bad ass though! But I’m very lucky to have had so many artists render most of my favourite scenes into art, it definitely gives it that added visual experience.
