It's been a rough night

Ok I had this existential realization at, like, 1 in the morning and couldn't go to sleep until I got it out of my system.

The Great Weasley Quidditch Match

(I know this isn’t an original idea, but this is my take on ‘the annual Weasley quidditch game/family reunion) also, in this, none of them died in The Battle Of Hogwarts, everything is super fluffy

two teams, the captains are Charlie and Ginny, they came up with names, Charlie’s in The Horntails (He named it), and Ginny’s is The Hippogriffs

The Horntails: Seeker-Charlie, Keeper-Ron, Beater-George, Beater-James Sirius, Chaser-Angelina (George’s wife), Chaser-Teddy Lupin, and the last chaser is Roxanne(George and Angelina’s daughter)

The Hippogriffs : Seeker-Harry, Keeper-Oliver(Percy’s husband), Beater-Fred, Beater-Fred II(Fred and Angelina’s son), Chaser-Ginny, Chaser-Bill, and the last chaser is Hugo(Ron and Hermione’s son)

Lee (Fred’s husband) commentates, and always gets a kick out of announcing “Out comes the Hippogriffs- Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, and Weasley!” And then “ Then there’s the Horntails, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley, Weasley and Lupin!”

They do it on Boxing Day (Day after Christmas) every year, it’s always freezing, but it’s part of the tradition

Tonks and Remus are always enthusiastic, Tonks changes her hair to green and orange (The Horntails colors)

Hermione finds it the one time of the year she can really relax, especially one she’s Minister

Percy also thinks it’s the most relaxing thing he gets to do every year

the Potter-Weasley-Granger-Johnson kids invite one friend each, which, Albus finds very annoying

The kids that would normally be rude, or pretend he didn’t even exist, kiss up to all of them

Albus consistently invited Scorpius, even before they were dating

Yes, the match is legendary, of course it is, I mean, once all those marriages happened, plus the battle of Hogwarts, the family was more famous than any Pure-blood family

you have Charlie, a dragon wrangler

Then there’s Ron, an Auror (In my HC Ron actually got to become an Auror Ike he always wanted, and also sense Fred’s alive, George dosen’t need help with the store)

George is the Co-owner of Weasley Wizard Wheezes.

Then there’s James Sirius, he’s the son of Harry Potter, and Ginny Weasley, and he’s a school quidditch player, and also popular on his own merit.

Angelina is an inernational quidditch player

Teddy Lupin is the son of two Order of the Phoenix members, and his mum is an famous Auror

Then Roxanne is George and Angelina’s daughter, and a natural born quidditch player

And then on the Hippogriffs, there’s Harry fucking Potter- the boy who lived, head Auror etc

Oliver wood is an international quidditch player, my HC is that he, Angelina, and Ginny all play for England on the same team

Fred is another Co-owner of Weasley Wizard Wheezes

Fred II is the son of George and Angelina, and very popular in general, he’s very extroverted

Then there’s Ginny, she’s a Quidditch player, and later an editor to the Daily Prophet

Bill is a Gringotts curse breaker, which, by it’s self is impressive, but he’s also a OotP member

And Hugo is the son of an Auror and The Minister for Magic herself

So yeah, a very interesting family Reunion
