A Tuesday's Kitchen Witchery Recipe
Summer Purslane Salad (The "Fork-Method" Version) 🥗
Decided to experiment in the kitchen since it’s way too hot to cook anything heavy. Went out to the garden, grabbed a handful of fresh purslane, and made this.
A handful of chopped purslane
1 containers of Mizo lactose-free yogurt (base)
Dried rosemary, basil, garlic powder, salt
2 tsp mustard & 2 tbsp lemon juice
Diced fried sausage & fried cheese cubes
How I made it: well, first I tried to smoothen it with the blender but it turned out I am not friends with kitchen tech so I stood with the fork. :D Safety first. :D Mixture it well, it is such as, genuinely, there is no big secret to this as this is a from-scratch/what you find nearby recipe.
