A delightful Apple Cherry Pudding Parfait combining the sweetness of caramelized apples and cherries with the creaminess of Greek yogurt, the crunchiness of granola, and the nutty goodness of chopped nuts.
Ingredients: 2 cups diced apples. 1 cup pitted and halved cherries. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup granola. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds or walnuts. Honey for drizzling.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine diced apples, halved cherries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the fruits are soft and the sugar has caramelized. Remove from heat and let it cool. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the caramelized fruit mixture with Greek yogurt, granola, and chopped nuts. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top. Drizzle honey over the parfait for added sweetness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
