This coffee and banana smoothie is amazing for breakfast but even to awaken your afternoon when you're feeling unproductive.
Ingredients for 1 person:
Half a banana, cut into slices
1 small espresso shot
150 ml of your favourite plant-based milk
1 pitted date
A spoon of brown sugar (or even just a teaspoon)
Blend everything well and pour on a glass full of ice! I personally topped it with cinnamon, but you can also use cocoa powder, grated coconut...
