your statistics post reminded me that i do wish more people would throw in niche variations as headcanons.

like rarer chromosomal variations, other genital variations (ie; labial hypoplasia, penoscrotal transposition, etc), other reproductive variations (ie; unicornuate uterus, seminal vesicle hypoplasia, etc), other hormonal variations (ie; leydig cell hypoplasia), etc.

the intersex guide by dhdd-mods is a really good compilation of variations (and probably the most extensive I've seen) and it makes me kind of sad that when i look up most variations on that list, theres no headcanons for them :((

i don't consume enough media to have any ideas for any of them but i really would like to see more even if i know very little about the franchises i see of it

Yeaahhh tell me about it anon. Trust me I get hype as hell too when I see people throw in less known variations and traits.

I've done a LCH request before actually it's a really good headcanon (link) along with a related FSH Insensitivity headcanon (link), and there's been a couple labial hypoplasias iirc, one in queue rn even!
