First of all, I'm sorry if any of my explanations are hard to understand. I'm not used to like explaining things to people at all, so sorry. Also I had this AU since like in middle school and I'm going to be a senior soon so a lot of info I've kind of forgotten over the years. But I'm going to try my best to explain it because it's one of my favorite aus. So First off, let me explain mania , if you don't know her back story let me give you a quick rundown of like her original storyline. When she was young a dragon war started and her family died because of her dragon and she was all alone and like the wasteland. Earthus Was Mario's mother found Mania and decided to take her in and teach her how to basically survive? She had to survive eating dragon meat, so she grew immune to dragon magic. Obviously all this trauma at a young age was not good for her and at some point she just kind of broke. And basically decided she hated all humans and needs them dead . Earthus was like that's not good let me go hit up some humans that could help her and they end up separating her bad memories to like. Make her more normal so she's not broken. This does have an effect on her where because half of herself is kind of missing, her magic effects are more so like her dark magic takes over. Then she goes to Atlantide and finds all the dragon children and brings them to help fight the war. That's basically the rundown of her character. Obviously I left out a whole bunch of stuff because I don't want to spend all my time explaining that. Now, well, the first thing about this AU where everything has to change is. She doesn't hate humans when she snaps. She hates Dragons. So instead of staying where Earthus is, she runs away and like lives in the wasteland, possibly with some humans like Dragonis jakey. Because she's still kind of broken. She's she almost emotionless and kind of just fixates on killing Dragons and fighting. I don't want to make her too OP but I mean someone who's not affected by Dragons the magic going to kill someone who only uses dragon magic. I'm pretty sure she would be able to use beat up the dragon king. Also because she's not limited by her magic affecting her too much, I think she could kill him. So after she kills him, she finds out that there's still Dragon Slayer children and she's like I gotten kill them next. So somehow she finds a way to get to a Atlantide.
I honestly try to stay true to like the original and who she meets first and stuff. Of course things are different because she's not going to react the way she did in the original. She meets Mario. And she holds off from killing him because she knows if she gets close to him, she can get close to the other dragon slayers and kill them all. She doesn't immediately slime out like everyone. She gets close to them because she's smart. I mean, she grew up in a war. She's got to have some kind of brains. So she uses the idea of there's a war still going on in her world, and you know, you got to help me because your parents are there. I feel like that's kind of the basis of the AU so far. There are some relationships that I have like developed far more. So I'm going to talk about those real quick. First of all, her and Mario, she kind of falls in love with him. It didn't help that she found out who his mother was and she's like ohh I kind of dislike him because I hate his mother. He is the last of who she kills because she develops such like a deep relationship with him and it's one of the first relationships she's ever had in a while. She doesn't want to kill him, but she had a goal and she's not going to throw away the goal for just one guy. Even if she truly does love this guy. So she' sliming him out and it's really sad. And he's like it’s all good XD I still love you even though you just killed me. I've never thought of ending but I do know that after she kind of killed everyone she just gotta have to dip because the one person who was close to like all the dragon slayers is her. Also I just want to say this, she's not super Op. Even though she does have anti dragon magic She does have a hard time killing some of them. Let me use viper as a example. I think she would have a hard time because he's pretty skilled without his magic. So she would have to train to be a little bit stronger and also just think outside the box. She also goes on to cover when she attacks them, not like new identity, she would just look a little different and cover her face because if she fails they're going to know it's her. I honestly have a whole bunch of AUS for mania. And I would love to just talk about them because they're honestly like my favorite thing in the world. I definitely plan on yapping more because it's really fun to like explain even though I'm kind of bad at it and get off track.
