But first, lunch.
After almost two months of working out and balancing my meals, I am so proud of my results. After chatting with my virtual coach, we upped my macros (and calorie intake, obvs) to accommodate my increased muscle mass.
Last week especially I noticed I was pretty consistently hungry, and my current intake was not satiating me like it used to. It was also affecting my workout performance— I'd get fatigued faster, felt I couldn't push as hard, etc.
Y'all...fueling yourself properly is so crucial!
Excited to see how this adjustment works for me, and to continue my progress.
