Cnidaria
Cnidaria is a phyllum of animals that includes corals, jellyfish and anemones. One of their diagnosing caracteristics (and my personal favorite) is the presence of cnidocists, cells filled with venom and a structure that resembles a mini-arpoon. These animals use their cnidocists for both defense and attack purposes. Unlike popular opinion says, the cnidocists are in fact distributed over the entire surface of the animal, even though they're more dense in the tentacles.
