I brought a large mat ages ago, with the intention to do more (some) hiit, core and general fitness work. I finally used it this afternoon. I did I short warm up of walk outs then the five exercises. I did each five times. I think I should have them all through once, five times! Either way I got them all done. But five sets of sit ups back to back almost sent my belly in to cramps. 😂😂😂 I do have the bits I need and but you don’t need much.
