My Mom’s Thoughts on Subnautica Creatures

Boneshark- “Ooh like it!” “Looks like some sort of Ichthyosaurus thing.”

Crabsquid- “I would be scared crapless if I saw it.”

Crashfish- “It’s... scary-cute.”

Stalker- “Crocodile-ific!”

Warper- *shivers* “Get him away, I don’t want to see him anymore. He made my hair stand on end, literally.” “Scary monster thing, that’s his name!’ *talking to my dog* “Yes Snickers, he’s ugly. We don’t want to see him.”

Bladderfish- “He’s weird... He’s definitely Squidward on a chair... He’s just a funny lookin’ critter.”

For this special number I was hoping to draw all of the biomes from one of my favorite games ever, Subnautica. I only ended up with one. But between everything else that happened in my life this year, I feel like that still counts for something. I’m happy to have gotten this done.

Work-In-Progress stuff:

I’d dearly love to be able to add on more biomes with time, but I don’t know how likely that is, I structured my entire year around this and still only got this far. (Plus, the whole process was really miserable and wreaked havoc on my art queues and general ability to enjoy life, I should be making better life choices.)
