I was reading the effects of sensory deprivation, and something got me thinking.

the people in the study where put in an soundproof insulated room and were allowed to leave at any time and they knew this, but despite this, by the 18th hour of being in the room, one girl start obsessively thinking that she was locked in the room; increasingly growing distressed and panicked even though she knew this wasn’t true, and her distress only relieved when she pushed the plunger to be let out.

Which is to say: I wonder how many times Color started panicking and tried to escape the Void, almost killing himself or risking doing so, and any time Gaster stopped him or “put him back together,” Color either started getting the idea or outright started accusing Gaster of keeping him locked up and trapped in the Void.

Probably accusing Gaster of not wanting to be alone or forgotten again.
