Notes on PTtW’s Prefect Posse

Alright, well, here’s a shortened version of my notes on the Prefect Posse for consistency in characterization:
o Gabriel Truman – H – no information given: He loves Arithmancy, is pretty easy going, gets fired up about interests in good and bad ways
He’s aiming to join the AAA - Arithmancers’ Association of Amsterdam (internationally recognized organization)
Percy’s main competition for headboy now that he’s taken his focus slightly away from Arithmancy
He’s honestly a little worried about Percy murdering him over it if he wins, but the AAA is worth it to him
He’s muggleborn and thusly feels as if he has a greater disadvantage to overcome than Percy being a Weasley
o Fawley Hilliard – R – no information given: He’s a little oblivious, nose in a book type
He’s got insanely good luck all the time (can literally walk through one of G&F’s hardcore pranks with a book glued to his face and emerge unscathed)
There’s a one-sided rivalry with Peeves (Fawley just feels sorry for him)
Very pragmatic, but his sense of risk/reward is skewed due to his intense brand of good luck
He has a younger squib cousin that knows about and loves magic, and his secret, driving goal is the study of imbuing magic - attempting to transfer magic from one person to another, in whole or part (willing to give up his own magic if he can give it to her)
HOWEVER this hasn’t come up yet in any way and he’s very secretive about it so it’s unlikely anyone will find out about it any time soon unless [redacted]
His mother is a pureblood and his father a muggle who likes magic but is perfectly content as he is.
o Audrey Strickland – H – canon Percy wife, no info given: She’s a strong / nobility type, she’s got a handsome face rather than a beautiful one,
She’s tough, but fair, and loves kidlets and animals
She’s in Percy’s Care of Magical Creatures class and IS [redacted], wants a career in a wildlife sanctuary, and to learn how to make more potions ingredients humane to harvest
Percy and her were going to have a somewhat antagonistic relationship at first due to Percy’s uptightness but then Percy jumped the gun and asked for her help with knitting and shit and now her whole mental image of him has softened
Anyway, she’s got muscle to spare, due to the Stricklands’ main familial occupation being agricultural in part thanks to the large number of Squibs in the family tree
She’s a pureblood. Big family. Mostly squibs that breed true back into wizards and witches. Magic skips generations, basically.
Light brown / near blonde hair of the “is it curly?” variety, statuesque face and stature, SHORT
o Penelope Clearwater – R – Percy’s current crush, somewhat easy going
She doesn’t like kids too much, cares deeply about her grades, very free love about sex, commitment-phobic, would have dated Percy if he didn’t practically gain 4-5 kids over the summer
She’s a halfblood, but doesn’t know it - father died young and before revealing magic to her mother
Black hair (long and straight), full lips, honey skin, shorter than Percy, taller than Audrey
o Gemma Farley – S – no info given: She’s Cool with a capital C and handy with a wand in an attack situation
Her favorite class is DADA and her signature jinx leaves the victims pantless and dizzied to the point they can barely walk
Her tactics in conversation, love, life, and everything are hit and run. And blackmail. She’s actually somewhat insecure regarding interpersonal relationships, thus the blackmail when she could really just ask.
Family = Bella, Charlie, Jake, Madge, according to Potterwiki and ummm… can I just point out… Bella, Charlie, Jake
She doesn’t really ship Percy and Ross, but desperately wants her friends to be friends
Laissez faire view of her Slytherin underling- wards, of the classwork she typically excels in with little effort, and of morality
o Ross Grimmett – S – no info given: Quiet, doesn’t do anything that isn’t necessary without prompting, keeps to himself
He always seems to know more than he should
A bit creepy, Percy doesn’t like being alone with him
Will do pretty much anything anyone requests within reason because he’s just a helpful guy
The ambition that got him into Slytherin was putting his family back together, he is a ball of slush and love and fluff and Percy is terrified of him
Parents were a witch and wizard, but one of them was a halfblood
He’s got very few bonds in the way Percy can see them, though they mostly encompass the Prefect Posse and especially Gemma, who always makes sure to include him since he doesn’t include himself; temperature drops around him (to Percy and no one else); these are both [redacted]
Percy’s fear of him is, to him, inexplicable and hurts a little, but he lives in everlasting hope it will fade
o Kendra Sykes – G – no info given: A fun individual. Fun.
She’s a Gryffindor through and through, reckless, brave, and noble, but she also has very little in the way of cunning.
She really likes sugar quills, Charms, and sucks at Transfiguration, just as Percy does, which is a double hit since they can’t help each other at all in that class.
Percy’s partner, and though she doesn’t quite understand him, she likes him well enough. The feeling is mutual.
Recently permed her hair straight. It is not a good look. She knows it. Everyone knows it. She refuses to admit she’s made a mistake or ask for help, however.
Black hair, dark brown skin, dark eyes. Almost as tall as Percy.
