i try to keep up a diet of 1200-1500 cal a day to lose weight, and i excersize at least 4 times a week. this works for me all week except every weekend i sit at my house and binge!! since you eat the same amount, would you say youve experienced this too? do you ever feel especially hungry?? thanks!!
I definitely experienced that! I get more hungry at night and when I have nothing to do!!
If you say it works for you during the week then maybe your brain just gets bored on the weekends when you have nothing to do? Try occupying yourself? :) Of course if you're hungry you should eat! Have things that you like in moderation and hopefully that'll make it easier to resist the binge urges!
