This week will be a really packed one, so expect to see more and more from me! In the meantime, I’m sharing with you my Modern Base Game Home!

It’s CC free, only base game and the instructions to download it are listed down below.

It’s a big family home placed on a 30x20 lot in Windenburg (but you can place it wherever you want!), with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has room for 6 sims in total! I imagined a modern, clean family to live here.

How to download:

Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).

Download the file and unzip it.

Place all the files in your Tray folder (…Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).

That’s it! Load your game and this lot will be in your gallery ✨❣

It’s a small home (exaclty 100 tiles) placed on a 20x20 lot in Windenburg, with two bedrooms and one bathroom! I imagined a tiny family to live here and I thought they’d be into gardening and nature in general.

It’s a tiny house and it meets the requirements to be a tier 2 tiny home (according to the Tiny living rules!). It’s placed on a 20x20 lot in Sulani and it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a beautiful garden with an eye-catching infinity pool + a grill and an outside dining space, so that they can enjoy the beautiful surroundings! I hope you’ll like it!!

After a lot of huge builds, today I share with you micro home, called Wave!

It’s a micro home (even though it’s more than 32 tiles, just saying 😝 I tricked the system lol) with one bedroom and one bathroom! I imagined a single sim to live here, surrounded by the desert in Oasis Spring (on a 40x30 lot).
