despite paying my therapist an exorbitant amount of money, listening to her when she says to do seemingly pointless things is still difficult but, as always, she's right and going outside does help

i'm really trying the therapy techniques but it's still hard

an intro to the vessel of my thoughts! this is ghostie and they never look consistent because my art skills are on par with my social skills - both are terrible
