The ungodly gurgling coming from my intestines is probably a sign I shouldn't have used two scoops of whey protein even though I had a digestive enzyme with it.
Pros & Cons
Having a big bowl of chili right before bed:
Con: Gastrointestinal distress all night and horrific dreams
Pro: Excuse to work from home instead of going in to the office
Having digestive issues that are very much tied to my anxiety, which is currently all over the place, and causes flare ups everyday before is getting old.
Doesn't help that I need caffiene to get through my day, but the second I start consuming it, my GI tract wants to expel it.
