Last week I picked up a copy of Marian Churchland’s fantastic Hchom Book. While flipping through I remembered a food pyramid drawing I started back in 2015 after I saw this post. Here’s the drawing, finished and glorious.

It’s interesting to realize how my eating habits have changed since then. I still love all of this food, but if I drew it today there’d be a big section for rice, sushi, dumplings and noodles.

Sam accurately commented that it’s pretty much all carbs. That much at least hasn’t changed.

Just over a week ago the car was loaded up and the boot was full from top to bottom as we set off on our adventure to hike across the cairngorms national park.
