In your Bernard Plant AU.. would the fruits Bernard have be his children or something? Grapes can self-pollinate.. so little Bernard plant clones??

They're just grapes...

Or rather, they should be just grapes if it weren't for a certain bird trying to pollinate plant!Bernard, even though it's not a pollinating bird at all.

But the grapes don't actually reach such a developed stage because plant!Bernard is a potted plant and a bit too young to produce a "good harvest." (since grapevines only produce functional fruit in their third year).

However, if they could have a baby grape that way, it would be because all the nutrients ended up concentrated in a grape that grew too large to accommodate a baby inside the fruit.

And interestingly, the AU originated from this Dungeon Meshi sequence. And also because I like the idea of Bernard growing roots if he gets hurt.

And then I remembered how common it is in Greek mythology to be turned into a plant as a punishment from the gods.

Bernard abused the gifts Dionysus bestowed upon him to bring Tim back to life, and this transformed him into a plant. And since it's a punishment from the gods, it's a bit more difficult for Bernard to regain his body.

And now the question is whether Bernard could have the mercy of a god and restructure the punishment Dionysus gave him (perhaps he becomes a nymph or has to be a plant every so often). Or Tim ends up making a deal with Dionysus himself to pay for Bernard's punishment... And I think I could go that way, because I don't think Dionysus is that involved in the cult that Bernard was in, and he wants a different kind of reward than a sacrificial body.

Emmm, the only thing that comes to mind is for Tim to water plant!Bernard, but it's not water...

But I don't think it's such a freaky plant sex. And the watering thing makes me think of some mythological events (the Popol Vuh specifically), and that ends up having babies. Timbern having a grape baby?!?!?!!!

Tim you family's friend has a girlfriend who may know how to help you, just call aunt Harley. Also good first meeting for Harlivy & Timber (that HQ comic were Tim a Harley talk about Bernie)

Tim will ask for help when plant!Bernard begins to wither.

Ivy will realize that it's not an ordinary plant, and she gives Tim specific instructions on how to care for it because Gotham isn't a suitable place for a grapevine to grow in those conditions.

She will reveal that the plant is aware of its surroundings, so the reason it is wilting (besides the smog and lack of sunlight)... It's because Tim hasn't eaten well and is neglecting himself, and the plant feels helpless because it can't help him.

Ivy could help by giving plant!Bernard some fertilizer or a booster that would allow him to move his roots/branches.

With enough practice, he could water himself, cook for Tim, and communicate with him via tablet, because of course, he's still a plant... But he won't remain silent in the face of Tim's plan to go to Olympus alone and confront Dionysus!!!!!

It's totally JayRoy! But I think Jason would prefer to have Roy on top of him, he'd touch him shamelessly and completely hypnotized, and he'd definitely enjoy Roy immobilizing him using his biceps.

He lives the dream with those arms taking his breath away.

I actually have a lot of Fem!Aang on my profile, and some (if not most) of that content is ZukAang...

I also posted my general ideas on Zuko x Fem!Aang, but I can also add a few ideas:

There were always feelings between the two, but they always stayed away from the "just friends" aspect so as not to ruin the relationship.

Aang began receiving marriage proposals from all three nations. Unfortunately, she didn't know the protocols for properly rejecting them.

When Zuko learns that his advisors are trying to arrange a marriage with Aang with their descendants. He goes out of his way to avoid challenging an Agni Kai to anyone who argues that Aang should have an arranged marriage.

Zuko (in disguise) accompanied Aang to one of her meetings to reject the suitors. Because of the traditional seriousness of these meetings to finalize a rejection, Aang had to dress and behave like a citizen of the Fire Nation.

At first, Zuko only thought about how beautiful Aang looked in the traditional Fire Nation clothes, but as the meeting progressed, it gave Zuko the creeps to think that Aang would have to pretend to be something she wasn't if they were to ever have a romantic relationship.

After that meeting, Zuko delayed his confession for several months.

Once they started dating, their relationship escalated pretty quickly... as if they wanted to make up for lost time.

The public announcement of Zuko's relationship with Aang was because Aang was pregnant.

Aang is not Firelady.

Sometimes Aang wears flowers to decorate her hair. So Zuko commissions a flower garden for Aang.

They don't call each other "my wife/husband", they use their own names and pet-names. But they are quite diplomatic when they are in meetings between nations.

Among the citizens of the Fire Nation, it was said that Zuko had promised Aang to return to the Air Nomads.... They found no other explanation as to why the Firelord had more than two children... (they had six children)

Zuko grew a beard and Aang started to have the habit of stroking his chin more frequently.

The times Aang shaves her head, Zuko becomes nostalgic and quite affectionate towards her.

Of course (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧, these are some headcanons I have of Trans!Roy...

The name Roy had on his birth certificate was his paternal biological grandmother's.

Roy began identifying as a boy when he started living on the reservation.

Actually, Roy had a fairly supportive trans childhood; Brave Bow allowed Roy to express himself quite freely.

There was a specific label for trans people within the reservation where he lived. But because of language barriers, Roy couldn't express who he was until years later.

When Roy escaped from the reservation and lived inside the mall for a year, he realized it was easier to steal from people if he played the role of a "helpless girl."

He started using the name on his birth certificate after Oliver adopted him.

Roy didn't mind wearing feminine clothing, but he began to resent how people perceived and judged him.

Roy's chest began to grow considerably, so he started wearing a binder when he was Speedy. Although he wore it so his chest wouldn't get in the way when he used his bow, he felt a bit more like himself with a flat chest.

When Dinah and Hal helped him get into rehab, he heard stories from people like him in the same situation. Once he was discharged, he officially began transitioning at 19.

He chose the name Roy, not because it was his biological father's name, but because it was the name Brave Bow gave him.
