Mini Fanfic #777: Graduation Speech (Persona 5 x SSBU)

6:35 p.m. at Shujin Academy's Football Field..............

Presiding Officer: At this time, we will now like Ren Amamiya, one of the graduates in Shujin Academy, to start us off with a speech.

The audience (Smash Family especially) begins to applauses and cheers loudly as Ren makes his way to the podium and begins his speech.

Ren: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all so much for being here on this special evening. You all are......A LOT more welcoming than I thought you would be if I'm being honest.

Bayonetta/Palutena: (From the Distant Audience) WE LOVE YOU, REN!!~

Ren: (Starts Blushing in a Bit of Embarrassment) Thank you! Two.... randomly looking ladies in the back.

Bayonetta: ('GASPS') REN AMAMIYA! WE ARE YOUR MOTHERS!!

Peach: (From the Distant Audience) WE'RE ALL YOUR CERTIFIED MOMMIES, YOUNG MAN!

Rest of the Certified Moms: (From the Distant Audience) YEAH!

Audience: (Starts Laughing and Giggling)

Presiding Officer: (Whispers to Ren With a Playful Smirk on his Face) Your mothers seems like a nice bunch, young man.

Ren: (Sighs as He Whispers Back at the Teacher) Thanks, sir. They're a handful, but they're all great. Embarrassment aside....(Looks Back at the Crowd with a Bright Smile on his Face) How is everyone doing today!?

Audience: (Cheers Happily at Ren's Question) WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Ryuji: (In the Graduates Audience) SHOW THAT SPEECH WHO'S BOSS, REN!!!!!

Ren: Good. Good. I'm glad you all are in high spirits. Uh...Fair Warning before I begin, I forget my written speech I literally spent the whole night writing, at home. So I'll do my best to make this speech memorable. Hopefully. Like, very much so in fact.

Audience: (Chuckles Lightly)

Ren: But uh...('Clears Throat') In seriousness though, I wanna say that.... We all been through a lot our time at this school. We have our good days, bad days, stressful days, hell, we even been through a lot more boredoms than I can even count. No offense to teachers, of course. Most of you are great.

Audience: (Chuckles Lightly)

Ren: But regardless of all of that, we still managed to pull through to the very end. And look at us now? A bunch of immature troublemakers finally graduating high school together. Now, that alone is an accomplishment of the century.

Audience: (Applauses and Cheers)

Ren: That being said, once we leave out of this football field for the last time, we're all gonna embark on the challenging and.... probably the most frightening journey of our entire lives.... Adulthood.

Audience: (Chuckles Lightly)

Ren: Now, I know life it's definitely not gonna be easier for any of us going forward..... Considering the long road ahead of us.....But as long as we have a plan and goal in mind or even have the drive and will to keep trying and never giving up on, then I, for one, believe that all of us will do alright out here. Some of us will probably be famous a d well known in the world one of these days, but at the end of the day, it's up to you to make whatever dream or goal you have for yourselves a reality.

Audience: (Starts Applauding and Cheering Once More)

Ren: And also, just keep living your life to fullest. Even when you're at your complete lowest or you feel like you don't contribute much in the world, just remember that you still have people in your life who loves and support no matter what. I don't wanna hold you guys up any longer, so I wanna thank you all one more time for being here, allowing me to do this for first and only time, and uh.... Class of Shujin Academy for life! Thank you. (Gives a Quick Now Before Stepping Off of the Stand)

Audience (Most of the Graduates of Shujin High): YEAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Presiding Officer: (Goes Back Up to the Podium) Give it up one more time for Ren Animaya for that uplifting speech!

Ren: (Sighs Heavily While Sitting Back at his Seat) Thank, Momma Goddess, it's over......

Makoto: (Happily Pulls Ren into a Loving Hug) Oh my gosh, Ren! You were amazing out there!~

Ren: (Chuckles Lightly by Makoto's Hug) You guys really think so?

Ryuji: (Smiles Brightly While Playfully Punching Ren in the Arm Behind Him) Hell yeah we do! You have any idea how proud we are of you right now?

Ann: (Smiles Sheepishly While Ruffling the Top of Ren's Head From Behind) And you said you didn't have what it takes~

Ren: (Simply Shrugs) I didn't. (Smiles Softly) But it was thanks to you guys that I even have the courage to do it in the first. I just hope everyone else like that speech too be honest....

Futuba: (From the Audience) FREE CHEERS, FOR REN-REN!!!! REN! REN! REN! REN! (Continues Chanting Ren's Name Along With Everyone Else in the Audience)

Haru: (Giggles Softly) Does that answer your question, Ren-Ren?~

Ren: (Chuckles Lightly While Blushing) Seems so. Can't believe I'm having this much attention, you know?

Makoto: Enjoy while you can, 'hon. (Kiss Ren's Cheek) You've earned it.

Presiding Officer: Alright, everyone! If you can all just shimmer down please? We can finally get this ceremony started.

Ilvermorny Graduation Ceremony

Ilvermorny graduation is quite similar to a No-Maj high school graduation. The graduates wear their school uniform, but instead of the traditional wizard or witch’s hat, they don a blue flat-topped graduation cap with black tassles​. Each graduate also receives a stole bearing their House name on it. Additional things include cranberry tassles for prefects, gold tassles for the Head Boy or Girl, extra stoles for valedictorian, salutatorian, honor students, student government members, etc.

All underclassmen, teachers, and parents gather at the stands of the Quodpot field on the day of graduation (usually a Friday). At 7:00 pm precisely, the spectators stand as the Theme of Sorcerers starts to play (the wizarding equivalent of Pomp and Circumstance) and the graduates walk onto the field, taking their seats on the temporary risers set there. The Deputy Headmaster will address the audience and explain how the ceremony will proceed, as well as anything else they may need to know.

The school song is sung. There are several speakers, including but not limited to the valedictorian and salutatorian, Head Boy and Girl, and an alumnus. Usually, but not always, the Seventh Year Class President will speak, as well as the occasional other alumnus or guest speaker.

At the end of the program, the presentation of diplomas goes forward exactly as a No-Maj high school’s would - each graduate’s name is read off, and they walk across the stage and accept their diploma from the Deputy Headmaster, as well as a handshake from the Headmaster, Head of House, and school board representative.

After the diplomas have been presented, there is a moment of silence as all graduates and alumni raise their wands simultaneously. A clear white light is summoned to each wand and then cast into the air to create a glowing cloud of light. Blinding light rains down on the graduates. With that light, every graduate is considered a fully-functional witch or wizard and ready for the outside world. Following the fading of the light, graduates follow after their No-Maj counterparts, moving their tassles and then throwing their caps high into the sky. With that, they are no longer students at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Mini Fanfic #775: Looking Your Best (Super Smash Bros Ultimate)

12:01 p.m. Outside of Banjo and Kazooie's Room...........

Kazooie: (Groans While Changing in her and Banjo's Room) ('Ugh') Banjo, do we REALLY have to dress up nicely for some ceremony?

Banjo: (Rolls his Eyes a Little While Waiting Outside the Doorway For Kazooie to Finish Changing) It's a graduation ceremony, Kazooie. And Makoto says it's supposed to be very important for graduates and stuff. So it wouldn't to hurt to look our best for the night, right?

Kazooie: ('Sigh') I guess you got a point there.....I just wish I didn't have to a wear a stupid dress in the process!....

Banjo: How come you don't like wearing dresses so much, Kazooie?

Kazooie: It's not that I hate them or anything. They're just really not my thing, you know? And besides, I'm....not even sure they'll look good on me to begin with....

Banjo: (Couldn't Believe What He's Hearing) Are you kiddin'!? You would look great in any dress you wear!

Kazooie: Highly doubtful on that one, big guy. You look a million times better in any suits than any dresses I can remotely wear.....

Banjo: I think you're selling yourself too short on this, Kazooie. You're already beautiful enough as it is. (Starts Blushing a Little) Or uh....I-I think you are at least.

Kazooie: (Opens the Door a Little While Showing Only her Head to Banjo) You're not just saying that to make me feel better, are you?

Banjo: (Gives Kazooie a Soft Glare) Of course I'm not just saying that! I really meant it, Kazooie! I think you're great and beautiful. And not just in looks either. You're personality, you're toughness, all of the witty remarks you usually give to everyome....All of that and more makes you the most beautiful breegull I've ever lay my eyes upon!

Kazooie: (Heart Begins to Melt From Banjo's Words While Almost Being Speechless) Y-You really.....(Finally Begins to Blush Herself) Think that way about me?

Banjo: (Smiles Softly at his Breegull Girlfriend) Of course I do, Kazooie. I've always thought all of that about you ever since the day I first got a crush on you....Maybe even before that. (Smiles Brightly While Blushing Again) That's all the more reasons why I fell in love with you after all~

Kazooie: (Eyes Widened at Banjo For a Brief Second Before Sighing Heavily in Defeat) Fiiiiine. You win. I'll....wear the dumb dress for the ceremony....

Banjo: You will?

Kazooie: Yeah. I will. (Starts Looking Away From Banjo in a Bit of a Shy Like Manner) A-And it's not like I'm doing it this for you or anything! This is all for the Phantom Thieves!

Banjo: (Chuckles Lightly) Whatever you say, Kazooie. Just don't take too long in there, okay?

Kazooie: I don't think you need to worry about that actually. (Opens the Door and Walked Out of the Room While Wearing a Short Red Dress and Heels) I'm already done.

Banjo: (Eyes and Mouth Widened in Awe at What is in Front of Him) Woah...........

Kazooie: (Slowly Rubbing her Arm Wing Inna Shy like Manner) S-So? W-What do you think, Banjo?~ Banjo?

Banjo: (Eyes and Mouth are Still Widened in Awe) .............................

Kazooie: Banjo..... Banjooo!.....BANJO!

Eventually at the Living Room......

Falco: (Sitting Next to Fox on the Sofa) Man, I still can't believe we're not invited to the kids' graduation. Aren't we all family here?

Fox: (Starts Rolling his Eyes) Of course we're all family, Falco. We just don't think it's a good idea for walking, talking foxes, hedgehogs, giant spikey turtles, dinosaurs, gorillas, whatever Dedede is suppose to be, and all the other animals to simply go to a universe where most, if not all citizens, might not be able to get use to this kind of thing like everyone else in our town. I mean, seriously, who knows what kind of random chaos one of us inconveniently get ourselves involve in?

Falco: I mean.....('Sigh') Shit. You're not wrong, but....I still wanna see those twerps graduate.

Fox: Look, Samus is going to be able to film the whole ceremony once her and everyone else get inside around six. So we'll be able to watch the whole thing in the comfort of our homes. Doesn't sound too bad, right?

Falco: (Nodded in Agreement) Yeah. That does sound like a better alternative.... You wanna throw ourselves a party while we at it.

Fox: (Simply Shrugs) Eh. I don't see why not?

Falco: Sweet. I'll order the pizza late- (Eyes Widened at What is in Front of Him Along with Fox)

Banjo: (Takes off His Sunglasses and Happily Waves at the Duo While Wearing a Black Tuxedo and Standing Next to Red Dressed Breegull Girlfriend) Hey, fellas.

Kazooie: 'Sup.

Fox: Banjo..... Kazooie.....Is that really you guys?

Falco: (Chuckles Lightly While Being Impressed) Well, I'll be damned. You two dressed up nicely. (Smirks Teasingly at the Couple) You're going on a special date or something?

Banjo: Not really. We're just getting ourselves ready for the graduation tonight.

Fox: (Starts Frowning a Little) Oh......(Sighs While Rubbing the Back of his Head Back and Forth) Yeah. About that..... We're not gonna be able the ceremony tonight. Mostly cause we're talking animals and everything.....

Banjo: (Frowns in a Disappointment) Aww..... Really?

Kazooie: You mean to tell me that wore this dress...(Pulls Up the Heels She's Wearing) heels for nothing!?

Falco: 'Fraid so. It keeps us from causing any havoc in Ren's universe. (Smiles Brightly) But on the bright side, we could watch it live and have ourselves a helluva party.

Fox: (Starts Rolling his Eyes a Little) Yeah. If we don't cause anyone to get arrested that is.......

Banjo. Yeah. (Starts Sitting Down on the Sofa with Fox and Falco) A party does sound nice.

Kazooie: ('Ugh') Whatever. (Takes Off the Heels Before Kicking Them to the Side) As long as I don't have to wear those stupid heels all night.... Banjo, catch me!

Banjo: Huh? Woah! (Suddenly Catches Kazooie, Who Has Fallen into his Lap, Without Warning Before Giving her a Deadpinned Look) Was that really necessary?

Kazooie: Yeah. It was. (Lay her Head onto Banjo's Shoulder While Snuggling onto Him) Considered this your punishment for convincing me to wear a dress for nothing.

Banjo: ('Sigh') I guess it's fair. (Smiles Softly) But on bright side, you still look in it.

?????: I agree.

The gang turns and see a blue haired kid, who sounds eeriely similar to Morgana, causally walking by.

Blue Haired Kid: I think the dress looks good on you too, Kazooie.

Kazooie: (Eyes Widened While Looking Back and Forth at the Kid and Everyone Else Who is Also Surprised and Confused)................Was that fucking Morgana just now!?

Mini Fanfic #774: Finally Human (Persona 5 x SSBU)

11:56 a.m. at Smash Mansion's Ludwig's Laboratory..........

Ludwig: Alright. (Points the Mirror at Morgana) Tell me what you think?

Morgana eyes starts to widened in amazement as he look himself in mirror. Thanks to the potion Ludwig made for him to drink, he transformed from a cat like mascot into small, young boy (Almost the same height as Lavenza) with dark black and blue hair, wearing a black shirt with white sleeves under it, grey shorts, and a yellow handkerchief around his neck.

Morgana: (Happily Raise his Two Fist Up into the Air) I'M AN ACTUAL HUMAN KID!!!

Ludwig: (Simply Nodded While Smiles a Bit Proudly at His Recent Accomplishment) That you are, my former feline friend. Now remember, the transformation itself will only last after the day is over. Just be sure to stick close with the others and you'll be able to attend the graduation ceremony with no set backs.

Morgana: (Happily Turns to Ludwig) I can't thank you enough for this, Ludwig!! This HAS to be one of your best work yet!!

Ludwig: (Chuckles Lightly) Yes, well, I do take pride in some of my most successful creations. (Smiles Softly) Still, I'm more happy at the fact that you are taking a liking of your human form.

Morgana: I am. (Eyes Widened a Bit While Realizing Something) But wait. Couldn't you try making potions for you and everyone else who aren't humans as well? You guys could easily come to the graduation ceremony in those forms too.

Ludwig: While it may sound beneficial in our end, the potion I gave you alone took me all night to form and make. Creating the same formula for everyone else in a different species, would be impossible to do in a short amount of time. But on the bright side, we will be able to watch the whole ceremony live while one of our mothers try and record the entire event. So it wouldn't be too bad to say the least.

Morgana: Well...as long as you guys are able to see it, then I....guess I shouldn't have anything to worry about then, huh?

Ludwig: (Smiles Softly) No. You shouldn't. Now I believe it's time you show your new form to your love ones, yes?

Morgana: (Happily Nodded) Right! (Sprints Out of the Laboratory While Waving Goodbye at Ludwig) Thanks again, Professor Ludwig!!

Ludwig: (Waves Back at Morgana) No thanks is need!

'Door Close'

Ludwig: (Crosses his Arms While Thinking a Little) Hm....."Professor Ludwig".......('Heh') That does have a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

Few Minutes Later in the Kitchen.......

Haru: I'm not too sure about this, Futuba......

Futuba: The plan is fullproof, Haru. All we need to do make the bag and Mona invisible and when Lavvy-chan and I walk in, the door guard wouldn't even notice a thing!

Lavenza: But what if Mona-Chan accidentally makes a sound?

?????: Yeah. I don't think that plan will be necessary, Futuba.

Futuba: What are you talking about? It'll be- AHH! (Starts Hugging Haru's Arm in Fright After Witnessing a Random Looking Kid (Morgana)) A RANDOM CHILD!

Haru: Oh my. (Lowers Herself Down in the Child's Level) Are you lost, sweetheart?

Morgana: What? No. I'm not a lost child. (Smiles Brightly) I-It's me. Morgana.

Lavenza: ('Gasps') Mona-Chan?

Haru: (Eyes Widened in Complete and Genuine Shock) My BABY!?~

Futuba: (Got in Front of Lavenza and Haru in a Unconvinced Manner) Hoooold on a second, kid! Name one thing that only the REAL Morgana knows.

Haru: (Reluctantly Shakes her Head in Agreement) T-That's right!

Morgana: (Sighs While Having a Deadpinned Look on his Face) Okay. (Turns to Futuba) Futuba, you're a hacker, you like playing video games and eating curry, and your favorite mascot of all time are aliens. (Turns to Haru) Haru, you like Death Metal music, you enjoy tending your garden while listening to that said Death Metal music, and your favorite weapon to use are axes. (Turns to Lavenza) And Lavenza, you're the youngest member of the Velvet Room, you're a fusion Justine and Caroline, and you take every opportunity you have to learn about the about our world. We're also a part of the Dungeon & Dragons family. Where Sae is the Silver Knight, Futuba's the Great and Powerful Wizard, Haru's the Beautiful yet Deadly Berserker, and Lavenza and I are the wizard's apprentices....where I am known as....('Sigh') Sir....Cute and Fluffy Butt.....

Haru: Oh my gosh! It really is you!!~ (Happily Pulls Morgana into a Loving Hug)

Futuba: (Happily Joins in the Hug) Dude! You're finally an actual human now!?

Lavenza: (Joins in on the Group Hug as Well) That is such wonderful news!~

Morgana: (Chuckles Lightly by All the Hugs He's Receiving) Well, you see, the thing about that is it's all temporary.

Lavenza: (Raised an Eyebrow in a bit Confusion) Temporary?

Morgana: Yeah. I wanted to see Haru and everyone else graduate. So I asked Ludwig to make me a potion that could turn me human for a day.

Futuba: Aww bud. You didn't had to do all of that. (Pull Away From the Group Along With Everyone Else) I've already made a perfect plan for you to get in.

Morgana: (Raised an Eyebrow) You really think putting me into an invisible bag would actually work?

Futuba: (Glares at Morgana) In concept!!

Haru: Now, now, you two. There's no need for you to yell at each other. Mona-Chan.

Morgana: (Turns to Haru) Yeah, mom?

Haru: (Smiles Brightly at Morgana) I think you look wonderful as a human.

Futuba: (Smiles Brightly as Well) I second that.

Lavenza: (Happily Nodded in Agreement) Mmhmm.

Morgana: You guys really think so?

Lavenza: Of course we do. I even think your attire has made you look handsome as well.

Morgana: Oh. Uh...(Chuckles Lightly While Blushing a Little) Thanks, Lavenza. I-I think you look really pretty your- (Eyes Widened Once He Realized What He's Saying) GREAT! Great! (Blush Turns Bright Red) I-I think you look great too! N-Not to say that your not pretty or anything! C-Cause you are- I-I mean! ('Sighs Heavily') Y-You what I'm saying in all of this, right?

Lavenza: (Giggles Softly) I do. And I am very flattered~ (Gives Morgana a Kiss on the Cheek)

Futuba: (Starts Snickering at the Redden Morgana) D'awwwwwww~ Is our little man blushing like a cherry already?~

Morgana: (Glares at Futuba While Still Blushing) N-NO! I'm blushing!!

Futuba: Really now?~ (Shrugs While Having a Playful Smirk in her Face) Could've fooled me~

Haru: (Giggles Softly) Oho, honey~ (Lowers Herself Down to Morgan's Level Again) There's no need for you to be embarrassed. (Playfully Pulls on Morgana's Cheek) Cat or human you'll always be my precious little baby~

Morgana: (Already Getting Embarrassed) Mommmmmmmm! (Turns to Lavenza) Lavenza, can you please back me up here?

Lavenza: (Giggles Softly as Well)

Morgana: (Couldn't Believe What He's Seeing) What the- YOU'RE laughing too!?

Lavenza: I'm sorry!~ I'm afraid I couldn't help myself. I almost forgotten how adorable you can be at times~

Morgana: But I-I- ('Tch') WHATEVER! When's graduation starting anyways!?

Haru: (Stands Herself Back Up) Around six. I need to get myself ready before then. (Smiles Softly) How about we go to the beauty salon till it gets to five.

Futuba: A graduation makeover, huh? (Smiles Brightly) Yeah. I'm down!

Lavenza: (Gently Grabs Morgana's Hand With a Bright Smile on Her Face) Would like to join us to the salon too, Morgana?

Morgana: (Smiles Softly) Yeah. I'd like that.

A reminder to all seventh years:

Seventh-year pranks are still against the rules, no matter how harmless you think they are. Despite what you may think, waking everyone up at 2 am to such terrifying sounds is not funny or clever. It is just rude and insensitive. We understand you are excited to graduate, but underclassmen still have to take their finals. Please be considerate.

On a related note, although mundane fireworks are relatively easy to clean up, any fireworks with Streeler slime, Ashwinder ash, Fwooper feathers, or similar magical substances require far more work for the janitorial squad to repair damage to towers and other parts of the school. Both are prohibited without prior consent from a Head of House or other authority.
