NIXVIR Definition: Nixvir is a nixic gender that has both genderless and masculine aligned aspects. This may manifest as identifying partially as a boy. These aspects can be experienced simultaneously, fluidly, or through fluctuations. It is intended for those who feel simultaneously connected and disconnected from manhood, as well as for those who have difficulty distinguishing their alignment from their gender. GREYROMANTIC Definition: Greyromantic or greyaromantic (also spelled as grayromantic or grayaromantic) is a romantic orientation on the aromantic spectrum which describes those who relate with aromanticism, yet feel that there are parts of their experience that aren't fully described by the word aromantic. Greyromantic can be used as a specific identity, or as an umbrella term for any aro-spec identity that isn't purely aromantic, including demiromantic and others. A common reason someone may identify as greyromantic is that they experience romantic attraction but very infrequently. Some greyromantic individuals may only feel romantic attraction once or twice in their life. Others may experience it more frequently, but still not as frequently as alloromantic individuals. Some greyromantic experiences may include: 1) Experiencing romantic attraction infrequently. 2) Experience romantic attraction very weakly. 3) Feeling romantic attraction but not desiring a romantic relationship. 4) Feeling unsure about how to identify romantic attraction or how to draw the line between romantic and non-romantic, and consequently feeling unsure about having experienced it or not. 5) Experiencing attraction that is only ambiguously romantic. 6) Feeling alienated from romance. 7) Feeling attraction only in specific circumstances. 8) Finding aromanticism a useful idea, even if it isn't a perfect fit. Greyromantic can be an orientation on its own or it can be combined with other romantic orientations. For example, one could be greyromantic and homoromantic (grey-homoromantic), meaning that one rarely experiences romantic attraction, but when they do it's only ever towards those of the same/similar gender. Greyromantic is also sometimes used as an umbrella term for any aro-spec identity that is not purely aromantic. The sexual counterpart of greyromantic is greysexual. Defintion: Freyaroflux describes a position on the aromantic spectrum where romantic attraction is exceptionally rare, unpredictable, and inherently uncontainable. It is defined by "sparks" that are often fleeting; arising suddenly only to disappear before they can be captured or sustained. While rare instances of lasting attraction are possible, they occur only under unique, uncontrollable circumstances. This identity is heavily influenced by the greyaromantic and frayromantic flags.

I always thought it was grayromantic as in graysexual, but the Pronouns site has it listed as grayaromantic, with an a.

I googled both and got the same result both times. Which one is more commonly used?

Well, because I can't find a culture blog that's still active for this

RomoAro Culture is constantly feeling like an imposter for using the Aromantic label due to the constant "Love Loses", "Fuck Romance", "Romance is gross and weird", etc attitude being constantly spread throughout the Aro and AroAce community.

RomoAro Culture is constantly feeling like a faker because you consider yourself Aromantic and not Greyromantic even though you have romantic attraction to two systems and have never felt genuine romance outside of those two systems, and feel like "little to no romantic attraction" is applicable to you, but always see that "little" ignored and shoved out of the community.

RomoAro Culture is being in a romantic relationship with another Aro person and your relationship either being misunderstood or being shoved out for being romantic with each other.

RomoAro Culture is being invisible to the Aro and AroAce community because you're too fucking Allo for them, but being too Aro for Allos, and never, EVER feeling like you belong anywhere.

RomoAro Culture is looking for RomoAro content that feels applicable to your experience and either finding so little of it, or people insisting that Aros can't ever feel Romantic Attraction and that RomoAros only ever WANT to feel romantic attraction, but can't, and never EVER acknowledge that some RomoAros DO feel very little romantic attraction.

RomoAro Culture is seeing a post that supports RomoAros and then seeing "So we can't be loveless Aros anymore?" and justifying Romance Negativity and saying it's not real, Saying that Romance Repulsed people are the only valid forms of Aromantic out there, etc in the reblogs, and therefore pushing other Aros out of the community.
