Ultimecia Forms VS Selphie, Rinoa and Quistis in Final Fantasy VIII Final Battle
daily Thominho drawings/doodles day 2
Thomas needs to calm down.
Finished commission for @zeldamasterrt89 on Instragram. -Squall from FF8- Loved painting this one, painted in PS.
One of the smartest twists in Final Fantasy 8 / Final Fantasy VIII is that Griever isn’t real! At least not at first. It isn’t some lost Guardian Force. It isn’t an ancient summon Squall discovers. It’s something much more revealing: Squall’s own mental image of the ultimate power, the form strength takes inside the mind of someone who learned early that loneliness, loss, and emotional distance were safer than needing people.

Then Ultimecia makes that idea real. She extracts Griever from Squall’s mind and manifests it as an actual force he has to face in battle. That twist is what makes Griever so much more than a cool design. It turns the whole thing into a confrontation with Squall’s private mythology — the symbol of strength a lonely child invented, weaponized against the man he becomes. That’s exactly why this Griever Edition exists: to capture Squall at the point where imagined strength becomes a living storm he has to move through.

The horrifying creatures of Maze Runner
would you survive in the movies
for sure, the monsters aren't even scary
hell no, I'm out
Grieve is weird. One moment I feel the empty, sorrow and dark sadness linger and the next I see Death in front of me with her warm smile and feel comforted knowing the pain is over. You just have to be careful not to let someelse´s death take you down with it. Strange isnt it? The loss of love can feel like the loss of your own form.
Maybe to find yourself and to love yourself truely is to let people love you in a way that they shape you down to the details.

Guess who just finished their nth playthrough of FF8.
