The Architecture of Peace: Dusk, Dining, and Deep Breaths 🕊️🍷
There is a divine kind of magic in the transition from day to night—the golden hour fading into a warm, candlelit glow. ✨ It’s the ultimate "luxury mindset" to sit down at a table filled with intention: perfectly seared steak, creamy mashed potatoes, and the quiet clink of glasses against a backdrop of swaying palms. 🌴 This isn’t just dinner; it’s a high-value reset for your soul. In a world that demands you be everything to everyone, choosing this stillness is your most powerful move. 🕯️🥩
Whether you're romanticizing a Mediterranean escape or finding that "calm" in your own backyard, remember that you are the architect of your own reality. ☁️ You built this life, and you deserve to savor every bite of it. Take a deep breath, let the steam from your morning espresso inspire your hustle, and let the serenity of the evening heal your heart. 🍷🥖 Stay grounded in the present, keep your vision clear, and never stop chasing the views that make you feel alive. Your dream is already becoming your reality. 🥂💫

This picture reminds me of all the fine details that’s so important in Bodybuilding. The more I continue on in this sport, the more I realize the importance of details, symmetry, balance, timing and most of all patience. The hundreds of hours in the gym and most importantly out of the gym that contributes to a physique is so critical. All of these ingredients are needed all while trying to balance life. . . When I first started in the quarantine, it was pretty challenging finding the connection to my muscle using bands. I focused on slowly moving through the rep to find the muscle I wanted to contest. It definitely took time to get used to. I’ve learned to think about muscle movements, what is activating or what muscle is engaging too much. This makes all the difference in the world with muscle development, balance and making sure I get the most out of each rep. . . In life or in Bodybuilding, change never comes quickly or easily. Today and always, we must celebrate ourselves! Celebrate our changes, the strength it takes to change, and the courage that it takes to do so. . . “Bodybuilding is an art, your body is the canvas, weights are your brush and nutrition is your paint. We all have the ability to turn a self-portrait into a masterpiece.” -Kai Greene. . . 📸 @auroraphoto . . #sarahschillingfitness #grit #grace #gritandgrace #fitness #backday #gracefultransformations #relentless #personaltrainer #nutrition #bodybuilding #fitnesslife #lifestyle #coaching #journey #gymmotivation #transformation #athomeworkouts. chanced upon zinemaking recently so i thought i would start making a zine since this portion of the commentary exalting Jesus in exodus left quite an impression on me (and i honestly think that mini zines are pretty cute heh). this one’s about idolatry. i know it isn’t a topic most people would like to talk about, and even i was pretty certain idolatry wasn’t a part of my life. until i realised that don’t have to be worshipping literal, physical idols to be caught up in idolatry. in fact, the many times i sought comfort, satisfaction and whatever only Christ can give me from something else, i was actually idolising that thing. it can be pretty disconcerting and shocking, and we might have difficulties admitting it at times, but it’s true. so here’s some ideas i compiled from the commentary on how to conquer the idols in our hearts! ultimately, it all boils down to us beholding Christ and not giving in to our fleeting feelings. may we always remember to worship only the one true King and give Him our undivided devotion.

Finally, it’s Monday morning. I love new beginnings and every day is a new one. What are you working on at the moment? Me?! I’m currently registering for a startup for the third time, and let me tell you— it’s always a lot of work! Luckily it’s a little easier this time around though, because I now have the @bublup app to help me keep ALL the info I need in order to complete the registration process without forgetting any steps. . The non-profit organization I’m registering here in the US will compliment the work that I have started in South Africa. And I am so thankful and honored to have these amazing people around me that are supporting the Penguins Pre-school project. . With this and each startup prior, I have learned a lot with the help of so many wonderful people. I want to share some of that knowledge with you now: . I have combined useful information for how to register a non-profit in the US in a @bublup folder. . And I have made a folder on recycling and up-cycling! Includes everything from what can be recycled, what do recycling numbers stand for and how to create a life with less trash. DM me of you like to have access to any of the folders (or if you have any questions about non-profits)! . #sustainabilitymatters #sustainablebuilding #nonprofitmarketing #nonprofitwork #businesswithpurpose #businesswithheart #meaningfullife #createandcultivate #createandsupport #womensupportingwomen #livingthegreen #ngo #buildingcommunity #bossbabetribe #createyourlife #startuptips #startupideas #wecandobetter #creatingabetterworld #gritandgrace #fempreneurs #goalgetters #hustleandheart (at Lexington, Kentucky) https://www.instagram.com/p/B0x6sFGhmnZ/?igshid=1hmhxpcjrvf7c
Without black, no color has any depth. But if you mix black with everything, suddenly there's shadow - no, not just shadow, but fullness. You've got to be willing to mix black into your palette if you want to create something that's real. ~ Amy Grant #canadiancreatives #gritandgrace #portrait #strobepro #canon #depth #playingintheshadows (at Edmonton, Alberta)
