Progress after two month of absence...and i'm not there yet
Left video: wide stance deadlifts and the purpose of showing you this video isn't to show you a PR because my PR is 275 but to show you that everyone struggles. Here I'm lifting only 185 - one freaking eighty five! I use to smash 275 but at the same time only for a few reps 😁 I use to deadlift heavy 1-2x a week but after hurting my back from heavy bench squats I've backed away from really heavy lifts and now mentally as you see I'm like whaaa😧 185 was tiring after 10 reps and of course it sucked cus I know what I'm capable of but sometimes when you switch up your training methods it takes time to get that weight back up, and it's ok I'm not defeated I'm still proud of my lifts - as you can see in my right video I show you how I get into this exercise and I can lift that whole stack of weights 💪🏻😁 so sometimes we are stronger in one area and a bit weaker in another area and THAT IS OKAY! Doesn't make you any less of a beast 😈 and bottom right video was my one bicep exercise for the week and I got 8 reps up at 45lb plus whatever the machine thing weighs.
