Happy Sunday friends! Here's a little snippet of my leg day. Happy Friday fitfam! This week flew by and I'm actually sad that today's my rest day but I know it's necessary for my body. It's without shame that I say I've watched this video from the other day several times but I'm v proud of the progress my back has made. Don't be afraid to be proud of your progress.
