So I am new here, and genuinely do not even know how to use this thing well. But I figured this would be a good place to document my nerd and fitness stuff. I’ll give more details about myself later, but right now goal is too look like a superhero by the end of this summer, or at least get closer. Right now, 6′2″, 195ish, lean enough to have visible abs but not shredded.

100 reps across 4 sets for Laterals, Face Pulls, and Pushdowns. Good workout overall, had a bit of a sporadic schedule due to finals. Lost like 10 lbs, so feeling weak on everything, would like to hit previous PR’s I had at a heavier BW.
