Half-Marathon Run Streak # 15 - My only Half Marathon in this streak which is on road 8-| !!! The weather was so good and it was drizzling and the sunday morning was just perfect to hit the road 8-| !!! - Last year, in december, I ran on this very same route and the duration was 2hrs:49mins 8-| !!! That was my 4th consecutive Half Marathon and this is my 15th consecutive Half Marathon and moreover, the last run which was also Half Marathon was just less than 12hrs ago and yeah I was all morning empty stomach also 8-| !!! Half-Marathon Continuous Run Streak # 10 - Just derived an empirical formula that the rate of tiredness, hitting the wall, drop in avg. pace, low spm or cadence, loss of appetite, and poor running form is directly propotional to the number of consecutive Half Marathons run streak 8-| !!! - Finally 10th consecutive Half Marathon done and the last kilometer was just so painful as I did hit the wall 8-| !!! Half-Marathon Continuous Run Streak # 4 - Half Marathon today was filled with 36 hill sprints with recovery jogs and it was very much intense as my calves and ankles were hurting so much in the last couple of miles 8-| !!! I enjoyed the last three previous Half Marathons but this one was quite painful 8-| !!! - Half Marathon PB/PR streak also ends today and it is still fastest than my last year's fastest Half Marathon 8-| !!! - Went to the gym and did squats and bench press also 8-| !!! Lunges, pushups, and core workout is pretty much in my daily routine now 8-| !!! - My average digesting time was 2hrs then it got to 1.5hrs and now it is just 1hr 8-| !!! No matter whatever and how much I eats, after an hour, I am just hungry again 8-| !!!
