Fiesta Hassleback Chicken is a zesty and cheesy twist on classic baked chicken. With a tantalizing blend of salsa, sour cream, and spices, each bite bursts with flavor. Perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner that will impress your taste buds!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Make several deep cuts across each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix together salsa and sour cream in a small bowl. Stuff each cut of chicken with a generous spoonful of the salsa mixture. Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of baking. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Hasselback Kartoffeln
Neue Kartoffel-Variante:
Festkochende Biokartoffeln gründlich waschen und zwischen 2 Kochlöffelstiele legen.
Dann vorsichtig alle 3-5 mm einschneiden aber nicht ganz durchschneiden. dafür die Kochlöffel, damit man nicht bis unten durchschneidet aus Versehen.
Dann Olivenöl, frische Kräuter und /oder Pesto, zerdrückter Knoblauch, Pfeffer mischen und die Kartoffeln damit grosszügig bestreichen. Noch etwas Öl darüber geben und bei 200 Grad in den Ofen. Je nach Größe dauert das 30-50 Minuten, die Dinger knusprig zu bekommen.
Um dem ganzen noch eine Umdrehung hinzuzufügen, habe ich noch Reste von Sauerteigbrot gewürfelt, Haselnüsse dazu und unter den Grill bis es crunchy ist. Dann ab in den Shredder und zu feinen Bröseln verarbeiten. Getrockneten Thymian, Salz und Pfeffer und ger. Parmesan dazu. Erneut mit Olivenöl vermischen und auf die fast fertigen Hasselbacks geben und nochmal für 10 Minuten in den Ofen.
