Barely even blinks.#He is serious af #coz this is probably going one of two ways - Kendra kills Savage and they all get to go home (?) or Savage kills Kendra... again like always #206 lifetimes (has he seriously murdered them in each one or do they sometimes die of natural or unnatural causes? How has he had #time to do anything else but kill them otherwise? I guess there'd be 20 year pauses while he waits for them to grow up #but still. Isn't he sick of killing them? It doesn't even seem to be a challenge anymore)#and the story always ends the same way.#And the only thing different this time is Kendra has a team behind her.#I sort of wish they'd coated one of Sara's swords instead #or made some gold tipped bullets - a gun to Savage's temple would have made her confrontation with him more dramatic.#And I love how confident Kendra is to Mick's face and then the touch of doubt she has once he walks away.#And I love that red jacket. Everyone on this team looks so nice in red.

Like are you sure. Have you thought about how you'll feel?#I find it hard to believe she hasn't killed a single person in 4000 years of lifetimes.#Even by accident?#Even in self defence against one of Savage's minions?#She's dropped people from the sky right? Or did I imagine that? ...And those people are okay?#I feel like being Chronos has put Mick on a similar level to Rip in terms of knowledge and authority #and I like that he handles it differently and he's still a kid with the rest of the Time Kids. He still wants to have fun and kickass but #he also has a serious side to him now - he was always observant but it's been kicked up a notch - and Rip is never in a million years #going to think he's asking a lot of anyone to kill whoever he thinks needs to be dead. he's just not a really emphatic person.#So I like that Mick is. That he wants to check up on Kendra because they're putting all of it on her shoulders.#I feel like Mick can take on the weight of the team really well to balance out the sh*ttiness of Rip's leadership and it's made me #more appreciative of the choice to shunt Mick off into the Vanishing Point and turn him against the team.#He gets to play a lot of roles now that he couldn't as just the pyro.

1.01 Vs. 1.13

#Legends of Tomorrow #lotedit #Mick Rory #Kendra Saunders #Hawkwave #Not Revolution #GIF set #Mine #LOT Spoilers #Correct me if I'm wrong but that first gif... that's basically the extent of their interaction (and he's not even f**king talking TO her)#up until this episode #I might be blanking on some of the earlier episodes and I'm too lazy to go skim through for what I imagine would only be #frowns and very sparse sentences between them #but look how much has changed #he's not making slightly gross comments about her #(gross because they're not directed at her they're muttered in Carter's ear. And the puns. omg. I don't miss the puns)#Instead he's excited to hang out and burn sh*t #I'm never going to tire of seeing Rip get hit #(it's so satisfying)#And I feel like Mick's speaking for the audience - it is about time they teamed up. The season's almost over.#And I really enjoyed their scenes because it seemed like he was checking up on her.#I'd love to see Mick big brother more of the team than just Jax and Ray.#And I needed to tag them as something so I just put words together?#And this isn't really a proper comparison because there's no direct theme and that bothers me #But oh well

1x13: just a few words

I thought of you, of us, my fellow CC shippers through most of this episode. I'm feeling played and I hate when showrunners do that. Something along the lines of "Lets give cc shippers a scare... They will go crazy!" Sara is about to find out about the death of her sister and our hearts are crying for her and now, for no reason at all, we have this shoved down our throats. Bonding over daddies? Really? Didnt any of you found shocking how easily Savage's daughter turned on him? She basically went from "daddy is my master" to "i will help you kill him" in one snap of Leonards fingers. Now I know he lied to her (killed her mother?) but he is her father, the man who raised and trained her. And in a matter of minutes she decides to join his enemies to help in KILLING him to save those bunch of nobodies she NEVER (in what? 20 or 30-something years of life) cared about. Please. Either she has absolutely no sense of loyalty and is fake as they come or she is unbelievably easily manipulated and too gullible considering her age and that she is an assassin. Leonard came to all this conclusions about his father throughout years during which he along his sister (and mum? Don't remember) were abused and used till he came to kill him many years later. On the other hand I was happy for Hawkwave fans for the little moment there... When it come to Kendra, Im fine with either Atomic Hawk or Hawkwave. Curiously Im not a fan from Hawkmates... I find Carter too corny and mellow for my taste. And now he is back...? Or is he? Tough for Atomic Hawk... But Im happy Stein is fine (got scared there!) and Im proud of Ray, Jax and Rip.
