Baklava with Hazelnut & Speculoos Ice Cream Sandwiched. It’s a Persian Ice Cream parlour in the heart of Convent Garden. Super duper love! The baklava is chewy and crunchy and hazelnut & speculoos lighten the sweetness of baklava.

Indulge in the creamy richness of hazelnut milk chocolate ice cream, combining the nutty flavor of hazelnut milk with the decadence of milk chocolate.

Ingredients: 2 cups hazelnut milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate.

Instructions: In a saucepan, heat hazelnut milk, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool completely. Once cooled, churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add chopped milk chocolate. Transfer churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, typically 4-6 hours.
