Something so special to me is how ENRAGED Blitzo was at the mere IDEA that he ever hurt Stolas. The parts he was most angry during the trial was

1. When they accused him of forcing himself on Stolas

And 2. when they accused him of trying to kill Stolas

“I would never do that [to him]”

Blitzo is an assassin and probably wouldn’t flinch being accused of killing other people- as he’s killed so many. But the mere idea of people thinking he would hurt Stolas has him absolutely distraught.

He really, really loves Stolas and I think this shows how much he really deeply cares about him and his well being. This whole episode shows that. It’s so refreshing to see this development after the first season and the first half of the second season, where he was so quick to convince people he didn’t care (for obvious reasons).

I saw a fire resistant marking on something

Made myself emotional hc'ing Blitz with fire safety OCD from his PTSD 😭

like he can't stop doing rituals - checking if the stove is off, things are unplugged... over and over

Stolas doesn't notice at first, but one time they're out on a date, and blitz is so damn anxious

He forgot to check, and Loona's at home alone...

Blitz doesn't reveal it at first because he's worried Stolas will think he's being silly or overreacting

But when Stolas finally pries it out of him...

Stolas starts taking pictures on his phone, every time they go out

Of the stove being off, the kettle being unplugged, candles blown out...

just to show Blitz and calm him.

[Sometime after the trial.] Stolas : "Oh Blitz, I lost everything : Via, my plants, my books, my house, the royal stables, my powers, my…" Blitz : "Wow, wow, wow, wait a second there. The royal stables ? You had horses the whole time and you never told me about them ? You know we'd probably be married already if you had, right ?" Stolas : "Yes, but that would have made things so easy, it almost felt like cheating…"

They're so cute, and im so glad they get along. Adorable little besties 🥰
