Okay, I have a question, and don’t fight me ‘cause I know how you girls like to tussle, but what in the actual fuck are the “New Avengers” doing? Yelena was right there in her dirty bathwater looking gross, practically getting a blow by blow of the situation from Peter, so why didn’t she towel off and go do something about it? Ain’t she the leader of the so-called New Avengers? That’s what y’all always say. And you’re always suggesting that she and Sam be co-leaders of a merged team, a disgusting and frankly disrespectful thought, but it’s y’all’s favorite headcanon for her drunk ass, so… again, why can’t she do her job and start kicking ass? She. Was. Right. There. I know the Thunderbolts probably hate to take any time away from their busy schedule of being government shills who likely routinely do more long term harm than good, but since, again, she was a stone’s throw away from the action, it seems like Yelena could’ve helped.

Or, who knows, maybe she couldn’t. I mean, for all we know Val, her benefactor and boss, might be in league with the Department of Damage Control - it certainly seems right up her alley anyway, what with all the evil and corrupt shit going on. And lord knows the Tbolts will happily be allies with terrible people doing terrible things, hence their boss and the literal team lineup, so… Like I said, maybe she couldn’t get off her but and actually join the fight, and simply didn’t want to.

By the way, I’m sure Sam was otherwise occupied. With what, we’ll probably never know because Disney/Marvel loves to sideline the character and give cameos and shoutouts that should rightfully be his to whoever their favorite white character is at the moment. However, since everything we’ve seen in canon indicates he hasn’t had a day off since the Blip, and clearly didn’t have any off before that, it’s probably safe to wager that he was busy somewhere else saving somebody else.

I'm genuinely starting to think some of yall dumbasses watched the movie with your eyes closed and ears covered. Maybe you had cocomelon pulled up at the same time or something. But where is this aang "should have listened to his friends" bs coming from? Listen to his friends what? Talk about how hot tagah is because that's all they did the whole movie. Not once did any of them warn aang against trusting tagah. Hell sokka is the one to invite him to team avatar. Sokka, toph, and zuko spend the entire movie joking about how hot tagah was and that's the only conversation about him. Katara NEVER once tells aang not to trust tagah. That's not a conversation that ever happened. Yall made that shit up!!!! Katara says not to continue throught the storm, that's all. Nothing about tagah. When she does confront tagah its when aang isnt there!!! Also she clearly didnt expect him to attack her, shes surprised when that happened. Like use your brains and your active listening skills. Avatars has got to have one of the stupidest fandoms in existence.

Finally watched the Avatar Aang movie and I absolutely loved it. 🥰

The animation was beautiful and I really enjoyed seeing my faves back together again (although it would have been nice to see suki).

I just love aang so much!!! That's my child!!! You could tell how alone he felt in this movie and the way people kept telling him he saved the world and achieved balance, only showed him just how alone he truly is. The fact that for everyone else the world is balanced and whole, but for aang that's not true because the air nomads are gone.

We truly needed this a movie focusing on aangs grief and trauma and a story that allows him to be sad. Loved the moment at the end where aang is being corrupted by the staff and manages to pull himself back and break it. That's my boi.

I also really appreciate katara in this movie you could tell that her main priority was aang (how cute 😍). She just didnt want him to put himself into unnecessarily risky situations. Unfortunately there's is a limit to her understanding of aangs situation. I love seeing two characters who are in a loving and mature relationship be able to argue and disagree but still care for each other.

I also appreciate that her apprehension of tagah was correct like she could feel tagah manipulating aang and trying to pull him away from her.

On a more light hearted note I loves seeing sokka toph and zuko get into trio shenanigans. They're so adorable, and seeing sokka run around carrying old zuko was hilarious. Like he literally just picked him up on instinct and carried him around. Also i did not expect the trio to talk about how hot tagah was for the entire movie. I thought it would be a throwaway joke, all 3 of them mentioned how hot that man was 😳.

Overall 9/10 only because I would have loved to see suki, mai, and Ty Lee (also azula)! Give us a girls only movie I beg of you!!!

Honestly the only characters I care about in Doomsday are the fantastic 4 (mainly sue), Sam Wilson, and Doom. Also my sweet cherik. I dont care what happens to anyone else.

My biggest concern is the character design and animation style. Its giving voltron and thats not a compliment or an insult. I just feel like i see this design style a lot and im kinda sick of it.
