My country is heading for a human-made famine mixed with crop pests (that are probably also human-made). I'm vegetarian and have celiac disease and lactose intolerance, and I need to know what to eat in order to survive me and 2 people more (no vegetarians nor known allergies or intolerance to food). Question to the nutritionists/doctors/scientists if there are any here expert on this contexts and diets. If you believe in diet culture and wellness stuff, please do not interact, I will not buy pills in place of food.
Is this list useful?
-Lentils
-Rice
-Nuts (like peanuts and pumpkin seeds)
-Milk (w/o lactose)
-Jelly
-Oatmeal
-Tea/Coffee
Canned food/vegetables/fruits is expensive, and I can't buy them. Drop advices and ingredients so I can see if it is something people can donate us (like peanut butter, jam, dried fruit, pickled or preserved vegetables/fruits)
