In that annoying mood where I understand and am grateful for my family for supporting my art but am eternally frustrated that they know too much about my socials (besides tumblr and bsky) because if I made what I actually wanted to draw- what I felt like was worth pursuing- stories close to me- I would instantly become ostracized. They can see my skill and still restrain the hand if it makes the wrong flourish. how am I even supposed to put myself out there if they’re too close.
