*also people severely underestimate height. On how tall or short someone is. They either overshot or undershot. 5'5" is the median for most range. Anyone regardless of gender is regarded by majority (in America at least) to be taller or short below or above that range. The average height usually fluctuates from decade to decade and so forth. But going by comicbook standards. Most people are 5'6' at shortest (not counting wolverine. He's 5'3" and is made that way BY DESIGN!) and 6'0" and up range for most majority. Because superheroes. But even then. Still. Keep in mind biases too. That's why i clarified "American" because in other cultures and countries. 5'5" could ve considered tall af. Or super short. Depending. So go by where you live in comparison. But all in all have fun. But also dont be afraid to make your femme characters tall and guys short. Or same height. Have fun.

Cyclops: 6'0". He's tall. And he should be.

Jean: 5'7". Shorter than cyclops but still tall.

Jubilee: her full max height should be 5'5" (without shoes or heels) no more. No less. She was shorter once BECAUSE SHE WAS A MINOR!

Rogue: 5'6" tall but not too tall.

Gambit: 5'10"/5'11". Average height for male. (Because people forget that 6'0 and up isn't average or the usual. Unless you win genetic lottery)

Wolverine: fucking short king if you make him shorter or taller than 5'3" i will fucking hunt you down!!! And being a short male character isn't a crime. Again im spiteful rn. So yeah. Wolvie,5'3" end of discussion.

Beast: he slouches slightly but his height at full extent is 5'11" but he looks bigger due to his mutation.

Prof x: charles is paraplegic. But if he were to stand....somehow. he was 6'0". Shorter than erik but taller than most.

Colossus: fucking 6'5" bro. He tall af.

Shadowcat/sprite: 5'4" one inch taller than wolverine. She totally takes the piss outta this fact. Lmao.

Nightcrawler: 5'9" tall but not super tall. He stand on his tippy toes tho. So maybe he appears tall?

Angel: tall. He's 6'1". His wings make him seem bigger tho.

Iceman: bobby isn't super tall. Kinda like 5'7" or 5'8" but tall none the less.

hii! In one of your old post you started charting off the girls' heights and how they different from their civilian forms to senshi. Would u have any plans on finishing it? I'd love to see where Venus and the outers fit in!

Hi, yes, that is a very old post, wow.

Anyhow, unf no I don't plan on finishing it cause I just.. I don't find myself comfortable setting specific heights for each of them and keeping that consistent, it's a lil too hard for my silly doodles. At least for now.

If I need to plan out each girl's height I exclusively do it when they're compared to each other, in that case if you're curious, sure! I can give you a written chart (don't have time to doodle rn srry)

It goes: (tallest to shortest)

Setsuna, Haruka, Makoto, Michiru, Minako, Rei (Mina a hair taller than Rei), Usagi, Ami.

For their senshi counterparts:

Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter, Venus, Neptune, Mercury, Moon, Mars. (Mars being equally as tall as Moon, just Moon's hair buns make her slightly taller on a technicality)

Usagi's, Michiru's and Setsuna's heights are the only ones that don't change from senshi to civilian.

Everyone else gets slightly taller as senshi, except Mars who is shorter then Rei.

Ami has the most significant height difference from her civilian and senshi form.

Lastly, I didn't include Saturn and Chibi cause they are children and ofc they'd be the shortest.

I'm always and forever a big fan of the senshi being physically distinct from the girls' normal civilian forms. (I just don't push hcs into my art as much I'd like sometimes, tho I'm starting to incorporate some gradually)

order: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, Spy. warnings: none,, could be considered angst/fluff, very lighthearted

Scout - he's from good ol' boston, the runt of 7 other siblings so you'd assume he's the shortest but he is fairly tall, i wanna say 5'11 but might call himself 6'0 to impress da ladies B) i feel like he wishes he was taller but not actively, he doesnt really care as he can always just stand next to someone shorter than him to appear taller, just like how he does it to appear attractive /j

Soldier - straight to the point: he's 5'9 but he makes up for it by being a classic himbo, cmon man his sun tzu joke is priceless, to be honest he's too stupid to really care about height or even know his own, all he cares about is shootin' shit and teleporting bread, he probably doesn't even acknowledge anyone elses height, and his helmet covers his eyes so it's not like it matters that much anyway lol

Pyro - i love them and i cannot stand this slander, theyre always depicted as 5'4 but i think they're a nice 5'6, not to mention they absolutely dont give a shit about their height, theyre here for a good time bro, Pyro is literally an arsonist, why would they care when they cook ppl for a living?

Demo - honestly in most pics he's either hunched over or standing like a dumbass so its hard to tell lol but he's somewhere between 5'11-6'2 depends on the day and whatever excuse he wants to tell you. is he insecure? his answer probably differs on if hes sober or not, in which he isnt most of the time but he still manages to be inconsistent nonetheless, he tends to make fun of everyone elses height (shorter AND taller) especially when he's drunk, he's ruthless, he's probably made Heavy cry

Heavy - clearly the tallest of the group, big muscle russian man who loves his sandvich, i honestly feel like he's 6'5 to 6'8, heavy is more insecure about his weight than his height since people always call him fat when it's clearly muscle, he didn't even realise how tall he was until he compared himself to the rest of the team

Engie - people call him the short man of the group and treat him like he's like he's 4 foot nothing but i think he's a humble 5'8, as much as everyone thinks otherwise, he's not insecure about his height! though he wouldn't mind being just a bit taller, he has other charming features (and if someone doesnt like him solely for his height, thats their problem), he can play guitar and is talented in making teleporters and sentries

Medic - another 6'0-6'2 man in the building, as a [cough] doctor he probably knows his height exactly, he's very rational so he's not insecure about his height, as someone who /had/ a medical license, he understands how his body functions him and knows that height is nothing to be ashamed of, though he is proud and does rub it in the shorter team-mates faces occassionally but not often, but does remind them too that it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Sniper - classic aussie/kiwi man, i wanna say 6'4 cause australian men tend to be tall, especially people who live in rural, no clue why, i feel like he's insecure in the sense that people claim to love tall guys but he can't get any bitches </3, he's secure in being 6'4 but wishes that he was more attractive, he's tired of being a young, single entrepreneur

Spy - he's almost as tall as Heavy but shorter than Sniper so i wanna say about 6'2, not to mention he wears dress shoes with heels so give or take an inch or two at any given moment. being the most charming of the group has its upsides, he loves his height (and his dress shoes), and similar to Engie, if someone likes him just for his height, sucks to be them 'cause he's got much more impressive feats

Can you do height headcanon? I assume from the four of them, LJY would be the tallest (since Lan clan gene) and JL would be the shortest because he got both Jin and Jiang clan genes (which, among the 5 big clans, are not the one blessed with height). People from Wen clan was pretty tall themselves (Wen Ning being 183cm and Wen Chao was shown to be taller than that). I don't know about Ouyang clan (the lack of information of side character, hello) but I assume OYZZ wouldn't be shorter than JL.
