Helldays, Day 1. The Helldays-week is meant to be a bit more difficult and challenging than the training weeks before. In my case it means there are my normal three training days per week, but instead of just one exercise per training day, each of the days has a 3 km run and then a 800 metre interval run. I have to admit that I was a bit afraid to do this before we started but it went very well and I feel tired now but not as much as I expected.
