I didn't give Jensen enough credit for being on the Destiel side of things. He approved of Cas' confession scene, when could have stopped it in its tracks on the lines of "no this would only add fuel to the fire" type of thing but he actively supported it and continues to support it in a romantic sense. Yeah, he does it in a sort of neutral way and places the focus on Cas, but I imagine there are limits on what he is allowed to say.

Then there's the fact that he wrote Watchin' Over Me with Cas and Dean in mind. As well as Misha saying a few weeks ago that Jensen also played into Destiel consciously and unconsciously.

Now, I need him to keep scootin' closer to the edge please. Misha, bring him into the light.

Hear me out what if in prequel epi 1 dean wakes up from a nightmare & he is not dead he is "aged and alive" & he had already rescued Cas from empty and they are happily married for a decade and there is a case which leads him to learn his parents story, I believe in Jackles he can definitely do that 😭
