Not Weigh in Wednesday! I'm a rebel!! Soooo...... down 2 lbs this week!! That's awesome for the smorgasbord I had at Olive Garden on Saturday. (BTW totally paid for that with bloating lol) So total weight loss 7lbs!! Not as good as it could be. Better then nothing. Let me be real. I'm struggling, I'm making excuses, but the awesome thing is that's all they are! I can Make a tea and shake in 6 mins!! But February has been a restart. Been drinking my water, basically following my meal plan. None of this is magic. You have to just do it. No excuse if you don't.
