Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff. 2 ripe bananas, sliced. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon butter. Cake pop sticks. Caramel sauce store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mix together wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter. To make tiny crepes, heat a nonstick skillet and add a small amount of batter. After cooking each crepe for one to two minutes on each side, let it cool. To make the filling, combine marshmallow fluff and peanut butter in a small bowl. On each crepe, evenly distribute a small amount of the peanut butter marshmallow filling. After putting a slice of banana on top, tightly roll the crepe into a cylinder. Put a popsicle stick into every crepe roll. Brown sugar is added to melted butter in a pan. Melt the banana slices for one to two minutes. After removing, allow the caramelized bananas to cool. Place a slice of caramelized banana on top of each cake pop. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
