Holy hills batman! Runners World was not playing around! My thighs felt more wrecked then they did after a whole! Pretty happy with my time (unofficially 2:14:02) considering the fact that i had a break down and didnt eat right the day before, the temp dropped 30 degrees f in the last two days, shark week/ lady time started an hour before, how hilly and windy it was and the fact that i havent actually raced since February. Sometimes you have to roll with the punches and take what the course will let you have. Not everything is going to be perfect and every race wont be a pr. But thats okay. We find out what we need to work on. Parents loved actually being at a race for the first time and Minion had her own fans!
