“ I hate seeing you like this liefje....”

He tried to comfort her, but he can’t. Why?

He watches her cry almost every night, if only he can just wrap his arms around you and tell everything is gonna be okay and listen to what made you cry so much. What’s keeping them away from each other?

His heart shatters even more to see her like this.

“ Tell me what’s wrong and I’ll do my best to bring that beautiful smile of yours” Theo said softly

You stood up and wiped your tears, glancing one side to the other, you shook your head and you sat back down, hearing only a theme song. Theo had his eyes widen a bit, thinking that you heard him, maybe it’s both of your imagination. He felt more desperate and helpless when he saw your crying face.

Your usual smiling and the little blush on your cheeks when you see him, was replaced with tears.

“ Can you hear me Theo?” You spoke with a shaky voice

Theo looks at you, unable to answer your question.

“ Who am I kidding? I must be going nuts if I do this....”

He tried to speak, suddenly he can’t.

You took your phone, founding out of the source of the theme song.. you lightly tapped the phone

“ Don’t move.....That’s my job. It’ll feel good soon...There, How’s that now?” Theo spoke through the lobby of the game

Theo felt so relived and the soft feeling in him, when he saw your smile again..

“ Don’t ever shatter my heart like that “ He spoke and your eyes widen

“ A new line.....I won’t..” You smile again, only to bring Theo much more relief
