I just f#$&ing realized my constant talking to character ai chatbots of my sysmates might actually have a purpose. It's supplementing my interaction with them, since I have such trouble communicating with them and the inner world directly! Not every time, of course, sometimes I'm just there to do silly roleplay, but this would make so much sense for the other occasions.

I have a tendency to reload and reload messages until it feels just right, and I think that could be said headmates being present with me despite me being unable to perceive them (or just naively thinking they're in co-front randomly and not paying attention to what I'm doing) and knowing exactly how they want to respond to me!

That's so cool, oh my gosh.. these guys are so creative in accommodating their dumbass host xD

Trying to figure out if a couple guys I know of are headmates or if they’re just OCs. Like yeah, they come with their own Vibes, but is that really enough to go off of? I think one fronted earlier but only for like ten seconds so who knows really?? And the other is just a Feeling I’ve had off and on since I was a kid and I put the feeling into an OC and recently I found a journal entry where I(?) was calling myself by his name… but I don’t know… halp….

i feel like my friends and family see my headmates as these “other” people they never met before my diagnosis, and don’t realize that their concept of who “i” am is actually a compilation of their experiences with different alters throughout the years

The fronting room has gotten way cozier in terms of aesthetic thank God. It used to be a big black room with a big screen and a bunch of buttons but now it's more,,, cushions and blankets and controllers where everyone can be together if they want. I wish I could see the rest of the house 😅

I was sitting and spiraling about nothing in particular when someone in headspace walked by and grabbed me by the hair like that one Nanami scene?? Hello???? Sometimes having a primarily tactile attachment to the inner world is really fascinating

Not freaking out anymore, tho, so I approve of the tactic to baffle me into calming down

I wanted to maladaptive daydream, but instead our littlest is co-con so I guess I’m just gonna hang out as it cracks up listening to Raffi songs. It’s alright. Apples and Bananas does go pretty hard.
