Hello! We are the fictive haven, also known as simply Haven, a traumagenic (diagnosed) DID system made up mostly of fictives/introjects. Here we post about our lives as a system and our struggles with DID, AuDHD, and OCD as well as (an) unidentified neurological disorder(s).

the weird thing about having insight when you have a psychotic disorder is that you do understand, to some extent that your delusions are in fact delusions. it doesn't change the fact that I 100% believe them to be true. it just makes them more annoying.

Is it okay for me to be jirai? It feels like an insult to the entire community, calling myself one of them, when this body is as fat and disgusting as it is.

I'm not cute. I'm overweight and unhealthy. My eating disorder and psychosis and depression are not photogenic. I don't have the motivation to make and maintain a cute aesthetic sideblog for attention or otherwise. I don't even try to dress cute because it's a wasted effort on this body that can never be made pretty. I'm such a poser. But I still need attention and approval... is that too much for a piece of shit like me to ask?
