the other funny thing about the hallowed round being literally hallowed now in this fight against the sundered houses is okay, hallow blocks out:

celestials (like the halovar have in their bloodline)

elementals (which house cormoray are descended from and often summon in battle)

fey (who are actually invited into this specific casting of the spell but there's not much royce left that you'd want to keep out anyways)

fiends (aka demons, like halovar have in their employ)

undead (which compose the majority of house tachonis' forces and at least one of their scions)
